Offering a full range of grooming services in Usk We do our best to keep our prices affordable and our service outstanding. Our team whole team loves dogs, from our shop staff to our groomers we are all pet owners ourselves. All the team are trained in different aspects of pet care and can all complete a nail clip if you need it so there's no need to book this. We see dogs from nearby villages such as Llangybi, Goytre and Little Mill, as well as some from as far as Abergavenny.

We are super easy to get to located on the Usk High Steet. Theres plenty of free parking in maryport street carpark a short walk from our store. This branch has limited availability so booking in advance for grooms is advised.

What you can expect on your visit
A member of our team will greet you and you pet, if its your first visit to us we will take our time to find out what sort of style or what you want from your dog. If you've been with us before we keep notes on what you like or don't like when it comes to grooming, so will usually be "same as last time?", but don't feel like you have to say yes. If you want to switch it up, maybe let them grow out a mullet, or want it shorter than last time let us know we won't take offence! ​

Depending on the service, it will be between 1 or 2 hours, so you can go shopping and leave your pooch with us, we will make sure we have a contact number just in case we need one or if your dog will be ready to collect early.

(For nervous or anxious dogs we recommend booking a slot at the beginning of the day as less dogs will be present, your dog will be supervised by a team member the entire time)
