High Heat Information

We are experiencing high temperatures in the salons due to the weather. All our salons do have air conditioning in place to keep it safe for pets. We do however, make changes to the way we work to ensure we are able to properly look after your pets.

If you will require assistance getting your dog from the car into the salon, please call in advance on 03300 160 170, and we can arrange for a team member to assist you with this. (We offer this due to the floor temperatures being very hot)

What we ask of owners:

Please bring your dog in an air-conditioned car; avoid walking your dog to the salon.

Please do not drop your dog off too early. Aim for up to 5 mins before your appointment time.

Prompt collection of your dog, we normally allow some additional time, it may be that we ask you to turn up earlier than usual, so you are able to collect your dog as soon as they are ready. This helps us keep the number of dogs in salons to a minimum.

Ensure we have an up-to-date contact number. In the unlikely event that the salon's air conditioning fails, we may need to call you to collect your dog sooner.

​

If your dog suffers from either their breathing, heart or other condition affecting their ability to regulate their temperature, we ask that you reschedule their appointment.
